Our Programs
We were the first company to develop a school-based program that focused on the creativity and artistic expression of each and every child.

Since our inception in 1989, our Original and See Before You Buy programs have been run by thousands of schools across the country, raising millions of dollars for numerous school programs and activities. Recently we also added two new programs – a Tile Wall program and a Spirit Line program.

THE ORIGINAL PROGRAM (OP)
The Original Program was the very first program we developed. The artwork is created in class. The teacher may use one of their own lesson plans or we will supply appropriate lesson plans (some of which are designed to be completed in just one class session) free of charge.

Once the artwork is completed, the school/organization assembles an Artwork Package for each student. This package includes the artwork, order form, full color brochure and a customized letter describing the program.

The Artwork Packages are sent home for ordering. Parents/families who wish to purchase items showcasing their child’s very own artwork simply complete the order form and return it with their payment and the original artwork. Since all products are pre-purchased and completely customized, there is no up front inventory and no door-to-door selling required.

The Original Program takes approximately 4 weeks to complete.
 
SEE BEFORE YOU BUY (SBYB)
In the See Before You Buy (SBYB) Program, the artwork is also created in class. The teacher may use one of their own lesson plans, or we will supply appropriate lesson plans (some of which are designed to be completed in just one class session) free of charge.

Once the artwork is completed, it is sent to us for production of a custom, full color, 4” x 5” preview magnet. A magnet is made for each piece of artwork submitted.
Within two weeks we will send a Magnet Package to the school for each participant. The Magnet Package contains the preview magnet, product brochure, order form and a customized program letter.

Families may purchase the preview magnet, return it with no obligation and/or purchase any of the other items offered. This step allows the students and families to see first hand the quality of the reproduction before they make their selections. The families simply complete the order form and return it to the school or organization with their payment. Within three weeks the completed products are delivered to the school ready for distribution.

The SBYB Program takes 6-7 weeks to complete.
 
TILE WALL PROGRAM
The ceramic tiles offered in our OP & SBYB Programs have become so popular that we are now offering a new program that uses these beautiful tiles to create commemorative tile walls. This program provides the school or organization with the opportunity to order full color ceramic tiles featuring student’s original artwork.

As with the Original Works Art Program, children participating in the Tile Wall program produce their own piece of unique artwork in class. The artwork is then sent to us, where we create a stunning, high gloss 6” x 8” or 4 1/4” x 4 1/4” tile featuring each child’s artwork. All tiles are sold at a wholesale price. They are then offered to the parents or children at a price that you determine.

If run as a fund raiser, profit margins of 50% or more are not uncommon. What a wonderful way to celebrate children’s artwork, create a truly one-of-a-kind wall, and raise needed funds all at the same time.

SPIRIT LINE
The Spirit line program has been designed as the complement to our Original Works School Art Program.

The Spirit line combines professional reproduction of a full color image or logo with volume runs and competitive discounts, enabling you to creatively and economically display pride in your school and community.

Perhaps your school is celebrating a special anniversary and would like to create and sell commemorative mugs or note cards featuring the school logo. Is a class or committee at the school planning a special event or trip? Sell t-shirts from the Spirit line featuring a unique design or collaborative piece of artwork. Do you have a school store? Consider stocking it with tote bags, mouse pads, key chains or backpack tags that feature your school image.

There is never an additional charge for full color reproductions, and typically there are no set-up fees. Depending on volume, profit margins on the Spirit line are as high as 50%.
