Creative Self Portrait Tile Wall Art Fundraising Program

This Florida school just completed their fourth tile wall art fundraising program with us. As they have done in the past, this school used a self-portrait theme. What the teachers and students did differently this year was combine their self portraits with a unique background treatment. They also chose to use brightly colored (but not fluorescent) markers. This was a departure from the colored pencil media they had used on past Tile Wall projects, but it had favorable results. The markers still allowed the students to capture the fine detail of their own faces, but also provided a far more colorful and vibrant finish.
