FAQ's

While we love that your family is full of creative kiddos, each school’s program is unique—just like their artwork! To ensure each school earns the credit (and profit!) they deserve, orders need to be placed separately for each child’s school. It’s a small extra step that makes a big difference in supporting both communities!

Due to the custom nature of our products, when placing an order, we charge the full amount of your order at the point of checkout.

  • For orders that are shipping directly to your school for distribution, we follow the schedule set by the school.  Check with your school program coordinator for the ship date.
  • For orders that are being shipped directly to your home, the average turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, but can be quicker.  During peak times of year, order delays may occur. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will do our best to let you know the cause right away!  If you feel you should have received your order by now but haven't, please let us know.  Click here to send us an e-mail, and our Customer Support Team will look into it ASAP! **Please include your order number in the email.

FTC RULE SUMMARY:
The Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, issued in 1975, requires sellers who solicit buyers to order merchandise through the mail, via the Internet, or by phone to have a reasonable basis to expect that the sellers can ship within the advertised time frame, or, if no time frame is specified, within 30 days. The Rule also requires that, when a seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must obtain the buyer’s consent to a delay in shipping or refund payment for the unshipped merchandise.

Orders are shipped to the school based on the schedule set up by the Coordinator.  If you have questions on the product distribution date, please contact the program coordinator. 

If your school has chosen to allow additional orders, yes!  

If you are still able to login to the school's Online Ordering Gallery, you can still place an order. 

*Please note that these orders do not have a guaranteed ship date and often arrive after the holidays. 

For issues with your order, please contact your Program Coordinator. 

If you order is being shipped to the school, the school is provided with that information.

If your order is being sent directly to you, yes. Tracking information will be sent to you.  Most orders are sent via USPS. 

Your school has chosen to have all orders shipped directly to them for distribution. This keeps things organized and ensures all students receive their keepsakes at the same time. For details on when your order will be sent home or available for pickup, please reach out to your school coordinator—they’ll have all the info!

While we’d love to be the keepers of every masterpiece, we only store artwork images for up to one year. But good news! If you still have the original artwork, you can upload it and place a new order anytime through our retail site. It’s never too late to turn that treasure into something special!
