FAQ - Retail Orders
Like many other merchants, when you place an online order with Original Works, your credit card is charged shortly after your order is placed.
The average turnaround time is 2-4 weeks but can be quicker. During peak times of year, order delays may occur. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will do our best to let you know the cause right away! If you feel you should have received your order by now but haven’t, please let us know. Click here to send us an e-mail including your order number, and our Customer Support Team will look into it ASAP.
FTC RULE SUMMARY:
The Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, issued in 1975, requires sellers who solicit buyers to order merchandise through the mail, via the Internet, or by phone to have a reasonable basis to expect that the sellers can ship within the advertised time frame, or, if no time frame is specified, within 30 days. The Rule also requires that, when a seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must obtain the buyer’s consent to a delay in shipping or refund payment for the unshipped merchandise.
Yes! You can mail your artwork to us and we will scan it, produce your order and return the artwork with your completed order.

Most orders are shipped via USPS, however larger orders may be shipped via UPS.
