🖌️ Create Artwork

• For best results, use the 8.5″ x 11″ paper provided.

• Follow the Art Instructions for suggested materials and helpful tips.

• Remind teachers: bold, bright colors work best!

🏷️ Label Artwork

• Use pencil only when writing on the back.

• Include: student’s name, teacher, and grade.

• Mark the top of the artwork with a “T” so we know the right orientation.

📬 Send Artwork

• Stay on schedule (we know you’re a pro!).

• Complete Shipping Form A and include it with your package.

• Use the prepaid UPS label we provided—easy-peasy.

🏡 Send Home Family Packets

• Distribute family packets, which include:

  • Artwork
  • Order form
  • Preview Magnet
  • Product Flyer

💸 Collect Orders

• Order forms and payments come back to school.

• Unpurchased preview magnets are returned to you.

🗂️ Prepare Orders for Shipment

• Organize everything by class and grade

📦 Ship Orders

• Ship on schedule (yes, we said it again—it matters!).

• Complete Shipping Form B and send it along.

• Use your prepaid UPS label
