Meet Josh Lyons

V.P. IT & Facilities Systems

Josh joined the Original Works team at 18 years old —  and quite literally grew up here.

What started as a job became a career, and over three decades he has worn just about every hat he could. From working hands-on in production to solving technical challenges and jumping in wherever needed during peak season, Josh has always been the steady force behind the scenes.

Today, as Vice President, Josh oversees our  sublimation department along with all building facilities and operations teams. He ensures our equipment runs, our processes flow, and our team has what they need to deliver the quality and service schools count on. If something needs fixing, improving, or figuring out — Josh is usually already on it.

His leadership style reflects how he grew up here: loyal, practical, team-first, and deeply invested in the people around him. Original Works isn’t just where he works — it’s been part of his life story. 

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, flying RC helicopters, and playing video games.

What’s in your coffee?  I’m not a fan of coffee. Give me a Gatorade or an iced tea and I’m happy.

I never leave home without my …  Car key! My car won’t start without it!!

Favorite Movie? I can’t just name one. The Goonies, Stand  By Me, The Shining, The Big Lebowski, Silence of the Lambs, 28 Days Later just to name a few.
