1- Supply Box Arrives

Start strong by unpacking your coordinator toolkit:

• Read through your Coordinator Materials

• Distribute art paper and art instructions to participating teachers

• Share the program schedule and deadlines with your team

 2-Promote Your Program

Build buzz early to get students and families excited!

• Announce the program in your school newsletter, website, and on social media

• Hang posters and create a display of sample products

• Send the “Look What’s Coming” announcement letter home to families

3-  Send Student List

• Email your class list to:
  studentlabels@originalworks.com

• We’ll mail you printed student ID labels to help identify each artwork

Create Artwork

• Use the 8.5” x 11” art paper included in your supply box

• Follow the Art Instructions for media suggestions and layout tips

Label Artwork

• Place the student ID label on the back of each artwork. Labels are required.

• Use pencil to mark the TOP of the artwork with a “T”

Ship Artwork

• Stay on schedule and ship your packet by your confirmed date

• Include Shipping Form G (don’t forget this step!)

• Use the prepaid shipping label provided in your supply kit

Distribute Ordering Info

Once the artwork is processed, each student receives a custom brochure with ordering instructions. Send these home with students to get families shopping!

Parents Place Orders Online

• Parents order directly through the Original Works website

• If needed, mail in any paper/manual orders to us separately

Product Delivery & Distribution

• Products will be shipped directly to the school, organized by class and student—just like the artwork was submitted.

• Note: Towels, Blankets and Tumblers are shipped and arrive separately from our trusted partner vendor.

Your Profit

Thank you for supporting the arts —your profit will be sent after your products have shipped.  We send profit via check, or ACH deposit.
