- Draw a circle for the head of the lion.
- Draw two ears on the head.
- Draw a face on the lion, with eyes, nose and a mouth.
- Draw a mane around the lion’s head.
- Draw an oval for the lion’s body.
- Draw the lion’s four paws, hatching the end of each to give the lion claws.
- Draw the tail.
- Get Creative! Have fun adding a colorful background. Encourage students to use their imagination with details.
- Add artist’s name or signature. Remember to keep it away from the edge.Â
