Original Works Art Based Fundraising Promotes Art Education

In addition to art based fundraising and experience in creating the best school fundraisers for organizations and civic groups, we established the Original Works Art Institute  in 1993 as a way to support excellence in art instruction through advocacy and education.

We work to promote art education in the schools on a nationwide basis.  Annually we attend dozens of art educator conferences and art in-services across the country. In addition to working to create the best school fundraisers and programs,  the Art Institute provides art teachers with assistance in art ideation and lesson plan development, through the creation and distribution of art samples and lesson plans.  We currently offer over 30 different lesson plans designed for all ages and abilities.  Several of our plans meet the rigorous Discipline Based Art Education (DBAE) Standards.
