Original Works Art Based Fundraising Promotes Art Education
Creating the best art based school fundraiser starts with creating great artwork. The Art Room is dedicated to accomplishing just that, while also assisting and supporting the efforts of our educators nationwide.
Since our founding in 1989, we have worked hard to promote art education in the schools on a nationwide basis. We annually attend dozens of art educator conferences and art in-services across the country, supporting art educators and advocating for the importance of art curriculum in the schools.

The lesson plans featured on this page are designed to provide all teachers with assistance in art ideation and inspiration. We currently offer over 30 different lesson plans designed for all ages and abilities.

Lesson Plan of the Month
Our Lesson Plan of The Month is Eric Carle’s Cats. This lesson creates artwork utilizing techniques from renowned author and illustrator of children’s picture books, Eric Carle.
We enjoy seeing artwork created from our Lesson Plan of The Month. If you have a piece of artwork you have created using one of our featured lesson plans, e-mail it to us. Depending on available space, we will do our best to have it posted on our Facebook page. Please send a low resolution (72 dpi) digital image (.pdf or .jpg format) of your artwork. Write “Lesson Plan of The Month” in the subject line.
